Dragon Wings were added to the list in 1995. Fried Kosher Dill Spheres in 2000.Stuffed Mushrooms & Green Tomatoes in 2001. In the summer of 2005 we added Carlile's Tomato Pie, the Official Dish of The Year of Alabama Food Regional Winner: For the Northern Region(Alabama Mountains Region).
