We take your
eating with us
so seriously that we want you to know:
at Carlile's Restaurant our Appetizers are home made, hand-breaded and
served with sauces made on location by our recipes.
Our Seafood, Fish and Chicken
are seasoned then battered by our methods and recipes. These items are
served with our homemade sauces like our Tartar
Sauce or Cocktail Sauce (normally for seafood & fish),
Chicken Dipping Sauce (blended for chicken fingers)
or our Honey Mustard Sauce/Dressing (for chicken
fingers or salad dressing).
Our Bar-B-Q is pork (Boston Butt or Ribs). Our pork butts are
smoked for 12 to 14 Hours depending on size. The finished product is
served with Original BBQ Sauce ( a
Birmingham style vinegar based sauce),
Sweet BBQ Sauce
(like the original, but sweeter, thicker, and
BBQ Sauce (great over chicken, a must try),
our Chicken Dipping Sauce ( blended for Chicken Fingers),.
Steaks and burgers are
marinated in our steak sauce, cooked and served as ordered.
Our soups are made from scratch
with the finest ingredients.
