Our new Restaurant is open under the management of Rob & Greta Carlile, Our Third Generation Official Dish of The Year of Alabama Food Regional Winner: For the Northern Region(Alabama Mountains Region) Carlile's has a diverse menu, offering a wide selection of appetizers, seafood, fresh water catfish, steak, chicken, soups, salads sandwiches and desserts. Make sure you try our sauces, I know you will like several, but I'll bet you'll find atleast one you love. We are a family friendly Restaurant & offer a child's menu. Dress is Casual. Quality is excellent, Prices are reasonable, Service is outstanding.
We take your eating with us so seriously that we want you to know: 1. Here at Carlile's Restaurant our Appetizers are home made, hand-breaded and served with sauces made on location by our recipes. 2. Our Seafood, Fish and Chicken are seasoned then battered by our methods and recipes. These items are served with our homemade sauces like our Tartar Sauce or Cocktail Sauce (normally for seafood & fish), our Chicken Dipping Sauce (blended for chicken fingers) or our Honey Mustard Sauce/Dressing (for chicken fingers or salad dressing). 3. Our Bar-B-Q is pork (Boston Butt or Ribs). Our pork butts are smoked for 12 to 14 Hours depending on size. The finished product is served with Original BBQ Sauce ( a Birmingham style vinegar based sauce), Sweet BBQ Sauce (like the original, but sweeter, thicker, and more garlicky, White BBQ Sauce (great over chicken, a must try), our Chicken Dipping Sauce ( blended for Chicken Fingers),. 4. Steaks and burgers are marinated in our steak sauce, cooked and served as ordered. 5. Our soups are made from scratch with the finest ingredients. 6. Our salads & salad items are prepared daily and of course the dressings are freshly prepared here at Carlile's Restaurant.
